These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdpop1 ("bdpop1", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bdpop1 website accessible at https://bdpop1.net, including all associated pages, features, games, sportsbook markets, payment systems, and support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise accessing any portion of the bdpop1 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without modification;
• You have reached the minimum age of 18 years and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction;

Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Access to and use of bdpop1 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bdpop1 enforces these requirements rigorously and will take immediate action — including account suspension and forfeiture of funds — where eligibility criteria are found to have been misrepresented.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on bdpop1. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bdpop1 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including Bangladesh National ID (NID) or passport. Where a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds deposited will be returned (minus any winnings generated), and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

Single Account Rule

Registration Requirements

When registering a bdpop1 account, you must provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Date of birth — confirming you are 18 years of age or older;

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bdpop1 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdpop1 support immediately. We recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication options and regularly updating your password. bdpop1 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain secure credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdpop1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with industry-standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention practices. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request, following a large deposit, or where account security flags are triggered. Acceptable KYC documents include Bangladesh National ID (NID) and a valid passport. KYC is completed entirely within the account dashboard. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary account suspension until the process is finalised.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdpop1 account at any time by contacting live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Any outstanding balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), subject to any applicable pending withdrawal processing periods. Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations may be closed by bdpop1 without notice and with forfeiture of any associated bonuses or bonus-derived winnings.

All financial transactions on bdpop1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using the mobile financial services (MFS) and payment channels available to players in Bangladesh. bdpop1 does not accept payments via international wire transfer, credit card, or cryptocurrency for Bangladeshi accounts.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your bdpop1 account in real time upon successful confirmation from your MFS provider. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but bdpop1 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request submission. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all bdpop1 bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Eligibility for Bonuses

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification. Players found to have created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bdpop1 are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered within a defined timeframe. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time window for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse

bdpop1 operates active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; exploiting technical errors or promotions outside their intended scope; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdpop1 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and permanently bar the player from future promotions.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period, will expire and be automatically removed from the account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

bdpop1 maintains a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdpop1 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, the forfeiture of account balances, bonuses, and winnings.

• Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment manipulation, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering: Using bdpop1 as a vehicle to launder funds of criminal origin. bdpop1 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sports betting syndicate activity that exploits platform pricing errors.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated scripts, game-manipulation software, or any technical tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Minors gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to bdpop1 by any person under 18 years of age, including sharing account credentials with a minor.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account with any third party or allowing another person to use your account to place bets or play games.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language at bdpop1 support staff or other players through any channel, including live chat.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of price differences between bdpop1 and other platforms at a scale that falls outside normal recreational betting behaviour, as determined at bdpop1's sole discretion.

All content on the bdpop1 Platform — including but not limited to the bdpop1 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of bdpop1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdpop1 Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any bdpop1 content without written authorisation;
• Using the bdpop1 brand, logo, or trade name in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any bdpop1 software or game;
• Creating derivative works based on bdpop1 content or game mechanics;
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from any part of the Platform for commercial or research purposes without express written permission.

Game content displayed on bdpop1 — including slots, live casino streams, and crash game interfaces — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). These studios retain all rights to their respective content as governed by their own licensing agreements with bdpop1.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The bdpop1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdpop1 makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. While we make every effort to maintain platform uptime and service quality, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control may occur.

Exclusion of Consequential Losses

In no event shall bdpop1 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated winnings from games or bets not placed due to platform unavailability, or data loss. This exclusion applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or bdpop1 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure

bdpop1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, civil unrest, or other events of force majeure. In such circumstances, bdpop1 will endeavour to restore the Platform as quickly as practicable and will communicate updates to affected players through available channels.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the bdpop1 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
